About the Author
Patti Barnes, a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), licensed EMT, certified Neonatal Resuscitator, and CPR Instructor, has been a practicing midwife and medical missionary for the past 20 years. She is both a midwifery and childbirth educator, having also lectured at various Christian colleges and institutions throughout the United States. She has appeared internationally on the 3ABN television network. Allen and Patti reside in a quiet, country setting in beautiful North Carolina. They have two children. Their daughter, Genesis, also resides in North Carolina with her husband Adam Reiswig. Genesis is in banking while Adam does computer work. Both were homeschooled. Nearby, live their son Jason and his wife Elizabeth (both homeschooled) who are currently operating a successful printing business, Barnes Printing. Jason did the printing for this book, The Ministry of Midwifery.
